Welcome to the website of Stump Bros. By accessing our website or engaging our tree services, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions.

1. Estimates & Scopes of Work

All quotes provided on-site are itemized in writing and valid for 30 days unless otherwise noted. Tree removal and trimming estimates are based on visible conditions. Any unforeseen underground obstructions, utility complications, or structural internal decay discovered during operations will be discussed with the property owner before additional work proceeds.

2. Safety & Site Access

Property owners agree to provide safe access to the work area, clear vehicles and personal items from designated drop zones, and restrain pets during equipment operation. We maintain comprehensive $2,000,000 General Liability insurance and full Workers’ Compensation for all crew members.

3. Texas Oak Wilt Protocols

In accordance with Texas A&M Forest Service standards, we strictly mandate that all oak pruning cuts be sealed immediately year-round to prevent the transmission of vascular oak wilt. Routine pruning of live oaks is avoided between February 1st and June 30th.
